Another Gunners' On His Way to Barca?

Barcelona are lining up Arsenal's Robin van Persie to take over from Thierry Henry next season.

The Catalan club believe the France international will prefer a move back to England to be closer to his daughter.

Van Persie, who played alongside Henry for Arsenal, fits the left-sided attacking role Barca would be seeking.

The Dutch international is contracted until 2011 but would find the chance to join the team many observers feel are playing the best football in Europe hard to resist.

Van Persie would link up with Alexander Hleb who joined Barcelona from Arsenal earlier this year.

Alongside the rumors, lets watch the video of Van Persie from Adidas.Enjoy!

  1. Won't Barca be terribly disappointed when they find out that RVP usually ends up popping up on the right side. Barca already have Gudjohson who is somewhat similar to RVP's playing style and he cannot even get a game so why would RVP go to Spain to sit on the bench?
